Class Schedule

Here is the current schedule for Darkside.  Classes are capped at 4 women so many of these sessions may be currently full.  Please message Darkside Training on Facebook for the most current availability.


Strength Training
4-week beginners course, 90 minutes per session, designed to introduce you to the basics of the squat, deadlift, bench press and overhead press in a safe and effective manner.  Capped at just 4 ladies to ensure that you receive plenty of personal attention and coaching it costs £44 for the full course.


Juniors
We can accept girls from the age of 14 years old.  The purpose of our training is technique, strength, confidence and self-esteem and powerlifting is great for switching the focus from body size to performance.


Mum and Baby
Toddler and breast feeding friendly, these sessions cover all the same material as our standard strength courses, there’s an added focus on core and pelvic floor health. There’s a matted area on the gym floor with play pen, baby bouncers and plenty of toys and gated TV room with comfy sofas and changing table.


Strength and Conditioning
An awesomely addictive and fast paced class to make you purple, sweaty and fit! With the same high standard of coaching and individual adaptability that you’ve come to expect with our standard strength sessions.


Lincoln Half Marathon Training
Training for the Lincoln Half Marathon in September! We’re Jeffing the whole way, currently 30/30 so 30 seconds running followed by 30 seconds walking. A fun and accessible way of training.
